Our Rooftop Deck

Summer may be over for the children back in school, but at "the Bridge," the rooftop is still a great place to enjoy a delicious meal and a great glass of wine!  As the sweltering summer days give way to crisp, pleasant autumn afternoons, come out and enjoy lunch or dinner on our rooftop deck.  Be sure to stay tuned for more information on autumn events...September 29 is port, scotch, and cigars on the rooftop!  Details coming soon!

Burger Night 8/25/11

Every Wednesday night at "the Bridge" we're coming up with tasty and unique burgers for you to try!  Today it's an Angus burger with gruyere, pickles, and chipotle mayo, a "retro" meatloaf burger with mashed potatoes (!) and mushroom demi, and a blackened chicken burger with pineapple and garlic mayo.  Definitely not your run-of-the-mill burgers...come in and try one tonight!

We've paired the Angus burger with Kaiken "Ultra" Malbec from Argentina.
 
The "retro" burger is paired with Sean Minor "Four Bears" Cabernet Sauvignon from California.

Quake Night Steak Night!

Where were you when the earthquake hit today?  Thankfully, no steaks were harmed in today's events, so we're still grilling up three savory steak dishes at "the Bridge" tonight!  We've got a 12 oz ribeye with blue cheese &Yukon hash and spinach, a flank steak with bacon &cheddar mashed potatoes, asparagus, and cabernet sauce, and a barbecue pork tenderloin with steak fries and French beans.  We hope to see you tonight!

The ribeye is paired with Alexander "Sin Zin" Zinfandel from California.

We've paired the flank steak with Il Nero di Casanova Sangiovese from Italy.

Back to School Mussel Monday!

The kids went back to school today to flex their intellectual muscles...how about coming in for dinner at "the Bridge" to try our mussels?  As always, there are three delicious mussel sauces to try, plus our fantastic frites on the side (just $13.95, all you care to eat)...tonight, we've got lime, soy and jalapeno sauce, asparagus cream sauce, and smoked tomato sauce...yum!  Grab some mussels and a great glass of wine with us tonight to celebrate the beginning of another school year!

Join us next Thursday (August 25) at "the Bridge" for a back to school event you can get excited about!  It's our Old World/New World Wine Education Class and will consist of a tasting of four wines--two white and two red--plus tasting notes and snacks.  The event's cost is $25 per person and begins at 6pm.  Reservations are requested, and make sure to check out our Facebook event here.  Dine with us afterward and receive a 10% discount on your meal!

Raise the Steaks

Tuesday night means three savory steaks at Iron Bridge in Warrenton...the hardest part is choosing which to try!  We've got a 12 ounce ribeye served with bleu cheese macaroni and cheese and haricots verts, a flank steak covered in mushroom demi and served with frites, and a pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes, spinach, and cherry glaze.  Start with a cup of soup or a salad and then savor one of our tasty steaks...just $20.11!  Yum!

"Teylor Made" Bracelets

As you may have heard, we are supporting Autism Speaks with the sale of "Teylor Made" bracelets at "the Bridge."  Below are a few of the most recent bracelets, delivered this weekend.  While there is no true "sale" price, we do ask for a minimum donation of $5.00, all proceeds going directly to Autism Speaks.  These bracelets are truly beautiful and meaningful works of art!

Mussel Monday

Our Historic Stone Cellar

Have you been down to the historic Stone Cellar at "the Bridge?"  We have room for private parties, large and small!  Our Chef's Table (pictured below) is perfect for private get-togethers or business meetings between 6 and 10 people.


Our stone cellar is great for larger parties (up to 35 people, seated) and is also used for 5 @ 5 (Friday happy hour) as well as wine events.  A variety of menu options and price ranges are available to cater to your next event--give us a call for more information!

Winning Steaks at "the Bridge"

Tonight at "the Bridge" we've got three excellent steak preparations...each one is a home run!  Our Blackened Ribeye is served with sweet potato mash and spinach...the Flank Au Poivre comes with Yukon blue cheese hash and asparagus, and the Country Fried Pork is topped with country gravy and served with mashed potatoes and French beans.  Start off with a cup of soup (tonight, it's a local house-smoked red and yellow tomato gazpacho) or a salad and then dive into one of our great steaks...for just $20.11!
