Meet the Chefs

Meet the a few of the chefs responsible for your delicious dinners at The Iron Bridge!  

Dan Frack, graduate of the Culinary Institute of America-Hyde Park, is the man responsible for our smoked salmon appetizer and blueberry bread pudding, among other things.
Milton Piper is a graduate of Stratford University and mastermind behind our delicious desserts.
Ivan Melson, graduate of Stratford University, can be found either tending the bar on weekend nights or making sure your food is perfect back in the kitchen.
