Steak me up! 7/26/11

It's Steak Night again at "the Bridge"...try one of this week's three steaks PLUS soup or salad for just $20.11!  Our three tasty preparations are a barbecued ribeye served with cheddar mashed potatoes and asparagus, flank steak with blue cheese mac & cheese and spinach, and pork tenderloin with apple mashed potatoes and a caramel demi.

Try the ribeye with Montes "Alpha" Merlot from Chile.

We've paired the flank steak with Autard Chateauneuf-du-Pape from France.
 We couldn't post a photo of the third dish because the pork wouldn't sit still for the camera!
