Cigars And More on the Rooftop!

Raise the Steaks 9/27/11

You out-musseled our mussels last night (congratulations...over 80 lbs cleaned and jerked eaten!)...now come steak out our steak night!  We're grilling up three mouthwatering steak dishes to choose from...pick a soup or salad to start and then your favorite steak, all for just $20.11!  We've got a 12 ounce ribeye with sauteed onions, IB steak sauce, mashed potatoes and asparagus...a flank steak with baked bleu cheese mac and cheese and mushroom demi...and a pork tenderloin with butternut squash puree, spinach and apple-brandy cream sauce. We'll do the cooking...you just have to choose which to enjoy!

We've paired our ribeye with Trentaude "Old Patch Red" from California.

Try the flank steak with Amalaya Malbec from Argentina.

We've paired Marietta Old Vine Zinfandel from California with the pork tenderloin

Mussels Baby!

No need to have the Monday blues...it's Mussel Monday at "the Bridge!"  We're serving up mussels in three tasty sauces, all you care to eat, plus frites for just $13.95!  Our sauces include bacon and mushroom cream sauce...ale, tomato and scallion sauce...and saffron, white wine and garlic sauce.  Come on in and try all three if you like!

Our bacon and mushroom cream mussels are paired with Joseph Drouhin Pouilly-Fuisse from France.

Try our ale, tomato and scallion mussels with a Virginia Viogner from Horton Vineyards!

 
We've paired our saffron, white wine and garlic mussels with Linden Sauvignon Blanc, another local Virginia wine!

Burger Night 9/21/11

It's two to one, cows over chickens...two beef burgers plus a white meat option tonight at "the Bridge"...choose between an Angus burger with chipotle mayo, gruyere and shaved onion...a steak burger with bacon, cheddar and aioli...and a buffalo chicken burger with bleu cheese and celery.  Start with any appetizer or glass of wine, plus your burger choice, for just $20.11...awesome!

Our coconut cream mussels are paired with Linden "Hardscrabble" Chardonnay, a local Virginia wine!

Cilantro jalapeno wine mussels are paired with Honig Sauvignon Blanc from California.

Every Tuesday is Steak Night at "the Bridge," but tonight is extra special: it's also the return of The Great Creme Brulee Giveaway!  Our steaks tonight include a 12 ounce ribeye with herb compound butter, red potatoes, and asparagus; an espresso flank steak with blue cheese mac & cheese and French beans; and a bistro steak with sherry demi, mashed potatoes and spinach.  Enjoy a cup of soup or salad, then one of our great steaks for just $20.11...and leave room for dessert!  You could win dinner on us (up to $200) if your creme brulee is missing our decadent chocolate ganache bottom.  We hope to see you tonight!

There's Always Something New at "the Bridge!"


As the seasons change, so do the menu offerings at Iron Bridge in Warrenton!  From fresh, local starters to new preparations of classic dishes to delectable desserts, there's always something new to try.  Come on in and see what's new!

Our Caprese salad is made with local heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, olive oil, and mixed greens.

The Black Mission Figs are stuffed with goat cheese, wrapped in prosciutto, and topped with lavender honey.

Every Monday is Mussel Monday!

Our Lemon-Crusted Mahi Mahi is served atop a Parmesan grit cake and French beans with dill aioli.

Our Cinnamon Raisin bread pudding is topped with Creme Anglaise...Yum!
