It's our second-to-last steak night of 2011, and our specials are: a ribeye with steak fries, asparagus and mushroom demi, a chili-marinated flank steak with jasmine rice and vegetable medley, and a pork tenderloin with garlic mashed potatoes, French beans and an apple brandy sauce.
