It's all about the steak tonight at "the Bridge!" We've got a fabulous 12 ounce ribeye with steak fries, French beans and chipotle compound butter, a wonderful petite sirloin au poivre with mashed potatoes and asparagus, and a terrific pork tenderloin with cherry and cornbread stuffing and spinach.
