Steak Steak Steak!

Celebrate Tuesday at "the Bridge!"  We're grilling up three scrumptious steaks for steak night this evenings...a 12 ounce ribeye with horseradish cream, mashed potatoes, and asparagus; a flank steak with bleu cheese hash, spinach, and mushroom demi; and a pork tenderloin with apple mashed potatoes, French beans and a caramel demi.  Check 'em out tonight at Iron Bridge!

We've paired our ribeye with Causino Macul Cabernet Sauvignon blend from Chile.

Try Langmeil Three Gardens (a Shiraz blend) from Australia with our flank steak

Enjoy the pork tenderloin with Byron Pinot Noir from California.
