Winning Steaks at "the Bridge"

Tonight at "the Bridge" we've got three excellent steak preparations...each one is a home run!  Our Blackened Ribeye is served with sweet potato mash and spinach...the Flank Au Poivre comes with Yukon blue cheese hash and asparagus, and the Country Fried Pork is topped with country gravy and served with mashed potatoes and French beans.  Start off with a cup of soup (tonight, it's a local house-smoked red and yellow tomato gazpacho) or a salad and then dive into one of our great steaks...for just $20.11!

Our blackened ribeye is paired with Langmeil "Three Gardens" Shiraz blend from Australia.

Try the flank au poivre with Talbott "Kali Hart" Pinot Noir from California.

We've paired our country fried pork with Wente Merlot from California.
