Gadino Cellars Wine Dinner, 7/14/11

Gadino Cellars was at "the Bridge" last night  for a wine pairing dinner in the stone cellar.  Four Gadino Wines were paired with four tasty courses.

The first course: an assortment of cheeses with roasted nuts, paired with a 2010 Viognier


The second course was a pan seared crab cake with mesclun salad and basil vinaigrette dressing, paired with a 2010 Chardonnay.


The third course: pepper smoked bistro steak with herb roasted potatoes and haricots verts, paired with a 2009 Cabernet Franc
 
The final course was a fruit parfait featuring cherries, pinapple and mango, paired with Dolce Sophia dessert wine
