Wednesday Night is Burger Night!

Every Wednesday night, Iron Bridge is coming up with three unique burger preparations for you to try.  For just $20.11, you can get a glass of wine (anything we offer by the glass) OR any one of our appetizers, plus one of our three burger concoctions.  

Our first burger for the evening (7/20/11) is an Angus burger served with sauteed onion and mushroom, sliced jalapeno and gruyere cheese.  We've paired it with Angove "Red Belly Black" Shiraz from South Australia.

The second burger is like breakfast on a bun--a steak burger with bacon, fried egg and Hollandaise.  Try it with Chateau Rocher Figeac Bordeaux from France.

The last burger is a portabella burger with goat cheese, roasted peppers, tomatoes and balsamic olive oil.  We've paired it with Borsao "Tres Picos" Garnacha from Spain.
