Mussel It Up!

It's Columbus Day...and Mussel Monday at "the Bridge!"  Join us tonight for all-you-can-eat mussels in three unique sauces.  We've got a chipotle white wine sauce, a lemon-caper sauce, and a bacon and spinach cream sauce.  Come on in and try all three!

We've paired our chipotle white wine sauce with Honig Sauvignon Blanc from California.

Try our lemon-caper sauce with Adelsheim Pinot Gris from Oregon.

Our bacon and spinach cream sauce is paired with J. Baumer Riesling from Germany.
