Tonight at "the Bridge" we've got three excellent steak preparations...each one is a home run! Our Blackened Ribeye is served with sweet potato mash and spinach...the Flank Au Poivre comes with Yukon blue cheese hash and asparagus, and the Country Fried Pork is topped with country gravy and served with mashed potatoes and French beans.
